Hickory Woods Calendar Girls 2008
Oakwood Studio was asked to photograph the Hickory Woods Calendar Girls for their 2008 calendar. It looked like they had a great time, and tried many zany ideas before deciding on the 13 months that are on the calendar.

When interviewed for the Paducah Sun about the calendar, Ken was quoted to say:
"People are always asking me how it is to photograph models . . . are they spoiled, pampered, divas, or what? Well, these calendar girls were nothing like that! They were, well, . . . worse! Constantly bickering about who has the largest dressing room, who is going on first, who is dating Brad Pitt, and so on. All Joking aside - These ladies were wonderful to work with, all of them had a great sense of humor, and would joke around and do any crazy thing we could come up with, and never once complained about the ideas we had being silly (of course, most of them were). It was a privilege to work the ladies and the staff at Hickory Woods, and their spirit and youthful enthusiasm is what makes the calendar great !" Ken Andrus - Oakwood Studio
